Golf cart delivered to guests at a Los Sueños vacation rental

Delivery is included

Every golf cart rental includes free delivery to eligible properties inside Los Sueños Resort & Marina. Whether you are staying in a condo overlooking the marina, a villa near the golf course or a home in one of the residential neighborhoods, we bring the cart to you and collect it at the end.

What we need from you

  • Your building, condo or villa name and unit number.
  • Your rental start and end dates.
  • Your expected arrival time.
  • The name and WhatsApp number of the person receiving the cart.
  • Any access notes your property manager has given you.

The quickest way to send all of this is our availability form, which formats it into a WhatsApp message for you.

Timing around your arrival

We coordinate delivery around your schedule. Many guests like the cart to be waiting when they arrive so they can use it right away; others prefer to meet us for a quick handover. Tell us what works best and we will confirm a time. If your flight is delayed, simply send us a WhatsApp message.

The handover

Each cart arrives fully charged and ready to drive. At handover we explain the basics: how to start and stop the cart, where to charge it, and where to park. If you have any questions about resort rules, ask then. Our safety guide is also a useful read before your first drive.

During your stay

Keep the cart charged as explained at handover and in your rental contract, and park it in the areas your property allows. If something is not working as it should, call or WhatsApp us at +506 6227 3248 — support is available 24/7.

Pickup at the end

On your last day, leave the cart at your property as agreed and we will collect it. There is nothing to drive back and no office to visit, so you can focus on your departure.

Staying outside Los Sueños?

Our free delivery covers eligible Los Sueños properties. If you are staying elsewhere in Herradura, message us before booking so we can tell you whether delivery is possible. See Golf Cart Rental Herradura for more about our service area, and our prices page for rates.
