Reserving a golf cart for Los Sueños is simple, and most of it happens on WhatsApp. This guide walks through each step so you know exactly what to send and what to expect, from your first message to finding the cart at your door.
Step 1: Gather your details
- Rental start and end dates — usually your arrival and departure days.
- Number of passengers — four-seat carts are standard; six-seat carts are subject to availability.
- Number of carts — larger groups often prefer two carts.
- Delivery location — your building, condo or villa name and unit inside Los Sueños.

Step 2: Send your request

Step 4: Complete the online contract
To secure your dates, you fill out our online rental contract. It sets out the rental terms — including deposit, payment and cancellation conditions — so read it carefully and ask us any questions before you confirm.
Step 5: Delivery on arrival

When to book
Book as soon as your accommodation is confirmed. Demand rises sharply around Christmas and New Year, Easter week (Semana Santa), Costa Rican school holidays and the marina’s major sportfishing tournaments. Booking early is the best way to get the cart size you want, especially if you need a six-passenger cart or several carts.
Changing your booking
Flights change and plans shift. If you need to adjust your dates, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, according to the terms in your rental contract.
